I present myself for the position of culinary French Chef I am French, with fluent English, and more than 20 years of cooking experience. I have concentrated on the gastronomic restaurant and luxury hotel sector, working internationally with only the best chefs in Michelin starred restaurants. This gives me the facility to work at the highest level, adapting easily to my surroundings, whether they are in Europe or elsewhere. My cooking style is mainly French- Mediterranean, with an international influence. I am adept in many styles of cooking including Fusion, Asian, diet, modern, classic, vegetarian and vegan. I am confident with all the up to date dietary requirements for lactose free, gluten free etc. I choose only to work with the freshest and highest quality produce, where possible sourced locally, from farms or home grown. I am of a quiet nature, extremely organized, professional and sociable. My current role is Executive Sous Chef for a Crown Prince and Family, I Organize the Kitchen, the Staffs, Rosters, Suppliers, Storages, Hygiene. I am looking for a new challenge where I can continue to show my enthusiasm and passion for cooking.
