How is cancellation policy working?
* Cancellation anytime before 72 hours of the trip start time gets an 80% refund. * Cancellation within 72 hours before the trip starts time, there is no refund option. * We may cancel your reservation due to an event outside our control such as bad weather, mechanical failure, Coast Guard restrictions, or new laws. In such a case, you will be offered alternatives or schedule the trip on another day, and in the event of non-acceptance, a full refund will be given.
How can I re-schedule the booking?
* You can reschedule your trip 72 hours before the trip start time. * Trip Rescheduling within 72 hours of the trip start time is subject to availability and the customer's request. If the reschedule is not possible, cancellation policy terms will apply. * The customer has the right to change the date and time only once (day and time are subject to availability).
Can I bring food on my trip?
Yes, you can bring food for your trip. You won't be able to use the kitchen. We will provide you cooler or fridge and ice.
Can I swim during my trip?
Yes, you can swim during your trip, until 6 PM, as per UAE Coast Guard rules.
