Refund Policy for Handlers

Refunds for specific situations are automatically given, and others are granted on a case-by-case basis. In light of the circumstances, all case-by-case refunds are made at www.handleforme.com's sole discretion.

In accordance with the Terms of Conditions, you agree to refunds being provided in the form of handleforme credit to use toward future leads. This is also to help minimize the number of banking transactions. Refunds are always subject to our Terms of Cond. and, in the case of any conflict between this article and the Terms of Cond. will govern.

We are not able to refund any remaining balance to your bank account if you’re closing your Handleforme account. You can use your remaining balance on leads before you close your account.

1. Automatic refunds

In some circumstances, we will automatically issue a refund back to your handleforme account. They include:

• Booking protection. As part of our quality commitments, if a user books a handler but later cancels within a specified number of hours mentioned on the offer by the Hander (or a maximum of 48 hours if not specified) of the start time, the user pays a cancellation penalty fee. Handleforme automatically deducts 20% of the job amount from the user as a penalty and pays 18% of the job amount to the Handler within 30 days. (If the penalty amount is defined by the Handler on the job offer, that particular amount will be taken as the penalty fee.)

• Booking protection for the Food & Beverages. As part of our quality commitments, if a user books a handler but later cancels within a specified number of hours mentioned on the offer by the Hander (or a maximum of 72 hours if not specified) of the start time, the user pays a cancellation penalty fee. Handleforme automatically deducts 100% of the job amount from the user as a penalty and pays 95% of the job amount to the Handler within 30 days.

2. Case-by-case refunds

We require a review of the situation for all other circumstances before a refund decision can be made. We review the reason for your dispute and the details you submit with your request. We don’t give refunds based on performance or return on investment. Any refunds must be requested within 30 days of the charge. We might issue a refund for the following situations:

• The job changed significantly. If a customer contacts you about a job that’s drastically different from the original lead and you are not able to execute the requested job because of your speciality.

• The job is unreasonable. If you were contacted by a customer who needs something you can't reasonably accommodate or do, you may request a refund.
